At Active Regen we try to keep the formalities as simple as possible.

We don't have many forms but because we're looking after children we have to comply with a number of pieces of legislation which means we do need you to fill in some forms. You can download these forms from this web-site and post the completed forms to us at :-

The forms you'll need to complete are

• Parental/Guardian Consent Form - this must be completed before your child/children can take part on an Active Regen Form
• Photographic Consent Form

Once you've received confirmation that your child has a place on an Active Regen Course you'll need to read our Do's and Don't Form

Child Protection Policy

When you book a place on an Active Regen course for your child, or when Active Regen provides activities at your child's school either as part of the curriculum, as a lunch-time activity or an after-schools club Active Regen is responsible for the welfare of your child during the time they are with us.

For this reason Active Regen's Child Protection Policy is based on best practice.
